Barlows use selected redwoods for their posts. The posts are then air dried to an average moisture content of less than 28%. The posts are then pressure treated to class UC4.

We only offload to where the Hi-ab can "safely" reach.
With clear instructions we can deliver to your address without the need for you to be there.
Delivery costs are based on order value and will be added to your quotation.
We have an 18T lorry complete with Hi-ab for easy offload.
We will try to accommodate you as best we can and should be able to indicate an AM or PM delivery slot.
We can cover Oxfordshire, Berkshire, east Gloucestershire north Hampshire, West Buckinghamshire, east Wiltshire. But we also use outside hauliers for longer distances on large orders.
Yes you can collect and with a little notice we will endeavour to get your order together reducing your wait when you arrive.
All our timber is pressure treated to give the best possible life, we use redwood for all our posts and can offer a FIFTEEN year warranty.
Most sizes of timber can be resawn to dimension and would be priced accordingly.
When cutting treated timber, it is recommended that any cut ends be treated, to prevent water ingress and re-seal the exposed fresh timber, we recommend "Ensele".
We are able to make gates to suit your dimensions.
None for longevity but the colour will naturally fade to a silver grey. You can apply a coloured treatment at any time.
We have extensive stock of our core products in our two depots but if we haven't got it we will get it!
Yes, bring in a drawing or plan of what you propose and we will help you work out what you need.
No, but we have an extensive trade customer base who are familiar with our products, we can supply you with their details.
We ask for payment with order, this can be by card or cash. Trade accounts are available, please ask for a form.
Quoted prices are based on quantity and discounts are applied to larger orders.
We are open Monday - Friday 8.00am - 5.00pm and on Saturday 9.00am - 12 noon.
