Barlows of Hermitage have been operating in the Newbury area since 1867.  We supply, manufacture and retail all types of wooden fencing, closeboard, pallisade, Post & Rail, Machined half round & full round fencing timbers, Landscape Sleepers from Softwood Sleepers, Oak Sleepers, Creosoted Sleepers.  Our main priority is quality of product as well as service.  The majority of our timber is sourced from UK Production.

Our square sawn post range are all selected from REDWOOD timbers and are Air Dried before treatment giving maximum penetration for longer life to UC4 classification.  Enabling us to offer you a 15 Year Warranty.  We also offer Pro-Post Range with 15 Year Assured service life on rustic round timbers.
